"The building and room were rather charming. The fact that the building we stayed in was an extension of the main facility and located a quarter mile up a hill. We had to roll our bags up the hill and then up the marble steps to our room. After an eleven hour plus plane ride we were exhausted."

"This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."
