Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. "We have a great time in this hotel very nice espacius and clean close to the transportation ( train) to go to the central station the only concern is the laundry service very expensive no detergent to wash the clothes you have to go to the closer store to bye, and the area around is not too safe "
