"I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel. To our surprise trains were not working due to maintenance she should have told me. I was till 2 o' clock in the morning picking up buses and trains and there was NO possible way to get to Brunello. I am with a minor it was absolutely horrendous. We had to go to Milan Centrale and obviously...

"Excellent accomodation-bedroom and bathroom well equipped. Reasonable breakfast but not many hot options. Bar only open until 11pm with no bar service after that if returning late and wanting a night cap!"

"It was a good hotel for a stopover with the airport shuttle service. The room was a little tired looking and the hallway carpet could do with a good clean, which would improve the appearance of the hotel. Friendly receptionist and bar food was fine."
