"We checked in on a Sunday. During our stay we were NOT told on check in that there was NO HOUSEKEEPING. We ended up on Weds asking for room service since we hadn't had anyone come. That's when we were told due to low accomodations there was no one. Check in desk them got sheets and towels and toilet paper together for us. Thankfully we took our trash out daily. But if The trash cans were over flowing on the floor by elevator and was smelling pretty nasty by today when we left. 5 DAYS Then in our hallway there was dog crap on rug. The bed was absolutely horrible especially when you have back issues. Was like sleeping on the floor. SO waking up daily with a sore back sucked. What staff we encountered were great. Main lobby was clean and very nice. Overall was a nice place. I'm Sure summer better. Also was never able to connect to WiFi page was unfounded. Get charged all these resort fees and no housekeeping and can't connect to WiFi. They should have not charged resort fee when we had no housekeeping or WiFi access. Then parking is little high for parking also. No veteran discounts or any other discounts."

"Wonderfully equipped room. Very Comfy beds, (but Terrible pillows). When I booked this room weeks ahead... it was supposed to be a standard room, 2 bedroom, 2 bath...but when I checked in, the room, as the desk told me, was an accessible room, lower counter tops, roll in shower.... the front desk woman was not as courteous as she should be...telling me, we are sold out and rooms are not guaranteed....what??!! You took my money for the room I Selected... I was very dissatisfied with how I was treated. Room was okay but NOT the one I chose, which is wrong."
