▸ This condo has a Murphy cube queen cabinet bed which is SO much more comfortable than a queen sofa bed! The mattress is amazing. This queen bed is in the den with the reclining sofa. To open the bed, the coffee table conveniently rolls out of the way.
▸All the cooking supplies are provided in the beautiful updated kitchen with full size stainless appliances.
▸Lounge in luxury in the bedroom featuring a king bed. Bed linens are provided.
▸The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features a bathtub and shower combination...all updated beautifully. 6 towel sets are provided.
▸Your kids will love the bunk beds with cute curtains provided their own beach nook.

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very front. You might hear some noise during the day however this condo is farther away from the project. ALL amenities including pools are OPEN!***

1. Construction Notice: Please be aware that there may be occasional daytime noise due to balcony renovations nearby. We ensure that all our pools and amenities remain fully accessible for your enjoyment and relaxation.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation.

3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
