The San Luis is one of my favorite properties, it is very elegant with beautiful views of the Gulf. There are plenty of places to sit and relax and read. The heated pool with the swim up bar is perfect for chilling by the pool, even with the cool October wind blowing. Parking, tax and resort fees boost the price a bit, but is mostly worth it. The San Luis is a great hotel and I highly recommend it, and if you stop by, say 'hello' to the parrot.

Excellent Resort, friendly staff and lots of great amenities. Welcoming atmosphere, clean pool and pool area, nice poolside bar. Steakhouse is great, the food is delicious. The Resort is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Club Ten is the best option for an adult weekend getaway for locals looking for a staycation to breakup the hustle and bustle of the greater Houston area. I loved the amenities, how cleaned and luxurious the hotel is. One thing I was really upset was the treatment at the cove. I was waiting outside for an hour and no one came to offer me nothing or even to look at the menu. Everyone else was getting served and asked so often do you need anything ? But I had to call out for someone even when the workers were passing by me I was ignored. To be honest it felt very discriminating, I was the one Latina who was never offered anything. People in front or next to me kept getting served and getting all the service/attention. I couldn’t even get a water. It was very sad to see this kind of treatment specially with such a high rated hotel.
