When not splashing and playing in the refreshing private (heated) pool, walk 5 minutes and hop on the trolley that makes 22 stops around town including the beach, Moody Gardens, and popular Strand where you will find shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. Kids of all ages will love traveling by trolley! Easy Breezy...This lovely fully updated vacation home is located in the popular, East End Historic District of Galveston, Tx. The owners really went all out on this one!

This spectacular 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom luxury residence has 13ft ceilings with 10 ft pocket doors. It has a downstairs bedroom with attached bathroom, in addition to the upstairs master suite and additional bedrooms. Its many windows provide a bright, airy, island feel. The White Pelican Inn boasts incredible charm and includes a restored front door framed by gas lanterns along with exquisite wood floors and spacious rooms. The home has a formal dining room, well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen, wine cooler, and eat in bar. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with walk-in shower and an upper balcony for your enjoyment.

The outside back deck provides a great place to relax after an adventurous day on the island.
On-site parking at the back of the house. No parking pass needed.

Home Rules:
No Pets Allowed
Pool Heat is Available for $150 p/night + tax. Please note that once a guest is checked into the property, we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat it to the desired temperature.
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Additional Fees:
Pool heat is an additional $150 per night + tax. Please note that once a guest is checked into the property, we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat it to the desired temperature.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. Family Visit to Galveston

The home was as described and was well appointed. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and was walking distance to the strand and historic areas. Great location! The ability to park behind the home was a plus. The home was cleaner than many other locations that we have rented in the past. I would definitely recommend this location for small families or groups.
