The Space:
Our place is one of Four apartments in the same building, side by side, so if you have a larger group please contact us and we can check on the availability of the neighboring apartment.
This is the second duplex apartment in our building and we like to think this is our homely sunny apartment due to the burnt orange tones and sandy tone wood flooring. Split over two floors there is ample space for spreading out and we have even built a 'nook' with a desk so that you can catch up on emails or relax and read a good book.
Upstairs is the main living room with over sized comfy sofas, coffee table, Smart Tv with access to Netfix, and of course a beautiful comfy window seat so that you can watch the harbour activity. Our dining bench with leather stools is perfect for not only dining but playing some cards or setting up your ipad or laptop as we have wall fitted Usb ports for your convenience.
The kitchen is finished in a beautiful cream high gloss cabinetry, integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob. There is washing machine with built in dyer as well.
All bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes and luggage racks

Peace of Mind
This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the Cdc, Epa, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, and laundry tabs.

Other things to note: We do not rent to locals. There is one flight of stairs from the street level to the apartment entrance. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family.
CCTV is present in the common area and courtyard
**NOISE Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.
