Great location, beautiful room and helpful, friendly staff! We were able to have some laundry sent out by the front desk to be cleaned - they made it a seamless process! Great location with just a short walk to the Latin Quarter!

Very good service (by waiting for me off the late Expressway Bus from Shannon Airport) and beautifully furnished room. I like the security involving the room key to get through the gate and the front door of the hotel. The only issue being the lack of a seat and table, with guests having to sit on the mattress, which is now showing signs of wear. Located close to the bus and railway stations, as well as nearby bars and cafes for breakfast.

We had a 3 night stay in Galway at the Lane Boutique Hotel. It was situated a half block from The Eyre Square. The hotel is only one floor. The rooms are a nice size for 2 people, very clean, and very quiet. It was handy to everything you needed in Galway. Close to the train station and close to the coach station. Would stay here again and again.

Parking and finding this hotel is difficult. You have to go down an alley to find the door to the hotel. There is not any automobile access to drop off your luggage. I had to call the hotel and ask for help finding the hotel and they weren’t very helpful. The room was clean. There was not a door lock inside of the room. The small refrigerator in the room was so small we couldn’t get anything in it. The shelves are about three inches wide and you can’t put anything in the door. The location was within walking distance to restaurants.

Staff was very kind & the whole room was clean. Awesome location as well. There is occasionally a very cute dog who will be with reception, he loves a good belly rub. The rooms are smaller but thats super common in europe, especially if its not a chain like marriott or hilton (but the big chains dont have nearly as much character as the independent/ boutique hotels) 100% recommend staying here!

This hotel is in a prime location for walking to all the Galway destinations. I loved the large bath towels! There is also AC, which was nice during an Irish heat wave. Nespresso coffee is provided as well as tea and Irish bottled water. Quiet and quaint.
