Arranged over the first and second floors of a three-story building the apartment features a cozy living space furnished with a dining table and a sofa. A small balcony with views over the lake provides the ideal spot for an evening aperitif or breakfast and the separate kitchen is equipped with; a ‘drip’ coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located in the tranquil Swiss town of Caviano, a 3-minute drive from the Italian boarder (towards Luino) and a 15-minute walk from the lake shore.

Ideally located for historical exploration Casa Patrizia is a quick 6-minute drive Gerra’s ferry termina. Here visitors can take a boat cruise to explore the exotic Brissago Islands. There’s also a 15-minute ferry service to Ascona with its boutique shops, art galleries and fine dining, and Locarno, famous for its Piazza Grande, film festival and the Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary.

On sunny days visitors can head to Lido de Gerra (a 5-minute drive) with showers and changing rooms or the beautiful Lido Vira Gambarogno at Shaka Beach, (a 10-minute drive) which is equipped with outdoor activities and restaurants. Another popular excursion is a trip to the Gambarogno Botanical Park a 15-minute drive away.

The closest restaurant is a 4-minute walk away and there is a supermarket a short 7-minute drive away. For local produce, guests can drive to Luino (a 20 minutes\' drive) famous for its Wednesday Street market.
