Beautiful location
Great location, comfortable property with everything we needed. Perfect as a base for exploring Tuscany. The pool was great for unwinding after a day on the road and the patio, comfortable and peaceful. We will be back, thank you Fabio.

A relaxing holiday in glorious countryside !
Our house was ideally situated just 10 minutes from San Gimignano. We had the pool right beside us and the house itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The development was secure at all times which was reassuring. We made two trips to Florence by train from Poggibonsi (half an hour away). Parking was free beside the station and the journey took an hour. We also went via Pisa to Lucca and also to Siena, Colle Val D'Elsa and Monteriggioni. A car is certainly necessary but it was lovely to experience the unspoilt countryside throughout Tuscany. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Pour visiter la toscane
En campagne et avec une belle vue depuis la piscine, la maison est à moins 30 minutes de villes ou villages avec des intérêts historiques. (Volterra ou San Giminino) La piscine est partagée mais nous étions souvent seuls. Elle est indispensable après les visites ou les randonnées, et les fortes chaleurs de juillet. Nous étions à 1h de Pisé et Sienne. Beau séjour. Le propriétaire a été accueillant. Petite difficulté à trouver mais il est venu nous chercher pour nous accompagner. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Als sehr angenehm haben wir den privaten sichtgeschützten Sitzbereich auf der Terrasse empfunden. Schön war auch der Pool. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Toskana und haben uns Florenz, Siena, San Giminiano etc. angeschaut. Wirklich lohnenswert. Da sollte man wissen, dass das Objekt wirklich im Nirgendwo liegt. Rund herum nur Wald und sonst nichts. Egal ob Spaziergänge oder ein paar Kleinigkeiten besorgen, man benötigt immer das Auto. Aber daher ist es unfassbar ruhig auf dem Gelände.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung mit der privaten Terrasse ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem erreicht man viele Ziele in der Toskana in kurzer Zeit. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in netter kleiner Anlage
Von Anfang an alles prima. Kontakt mit Donatella ganz unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Empfang bei Ankunft sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen haben wir sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, die Terrasse zum Genießen und dass ein Pool bei der Anlage dabei ist, ist klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in the middle of nowhere - die Anlage ist sehr abgelegen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Ein Ventilator im Maisonette-Schlafzimmer wäre zwar super, aber wenn man halt im Hochsommer dorthin reist, muss man halt auch mal schwitzen 😅 wir können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen wiederzukommen. It was a really pleasant stay, we liked the location although it was in the middle of nowhere - it didn't bother us. Donatella and her son Matteo are very friendly - thank you very much for everything. The house was very nice and big enough for us four. We enjoyed the terrace and the pool. A ceiling fan in the maisonette-bedroom would be nice, but once you got used to the heat it's okay😅 if possible, we'd like to come back sometimes.

Der Vorgänger hatte völlig dreckig hinterlassen und der Eigentümer erzählte uns wie toll und sauber es alles hier wäre..........?! Ausser der kleinen Swimmingpool gibt es weit und breit nichts........!

Eine Woche in der Toskana
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Personen bei unserem Aufenthalt und sind durch die Toskana gereist. Die Unterkunft von Fabio und Irene war sehr sehr schön und war die ganze Woche unsere Unterkunft. An einem Tag unser Auto gestreikt da hat uns Fabio sogar kostenfrei in die nächste Werkstatt gefahren. Danke nochmal! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und für eine Woche mit 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Gerne wieder!
