"It was our second stay at this hotel, and overall we really like it. The hotel itself is great, but this time we had a small issue. We booked a Premium Suite, but at check-in we were given keys without being informed that the suite was not available. When we got to the room, we realized it was a lower-category room than what we had booked, so we had to return to the reception. After that, they apologized and offered a discount equal to the difference between the two room rates instead of providing the correct or equal suite."

Their was no ice bucket to get ice for the "cooler." The toilet was almost in the shower. It was so bad we got a refund and did not stay there"
