Very nice boutique hotel that I was able to find for a last minute stay for one person. Near the convention center and metro. The room was quite small. The windows faced the windows of an office building so curtains always needed for privacy. Gym was very small also and fine for one person at a time. Good stay for the price for one person.

Very happy with the complimentary upgrade to a king-size room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with very comfortable bedding. The location is convenient. Overall, a great stay!

This is a nice boutique hotel in a safe and convenient location. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Restaurant is good and overall the facilities are nice, remembering it is a restored property so rooms are smaller with some tired fixtures, blinds, etc. As is an inner-city older property it can be noisy at times from the street and ask for a room away from the elevator. For the price point this is a decent hotel and I’d stay again.

Great place, the staff was super helpful offered a mini-fridge, fan, had a steam iron in the room, and they held my bags after checkout. Bed was comfortable, many pillows.

The hotel is a historic building, it has a quaint old charm vibe. I prefer this type of boutique hotel than the big commercial chain hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little sparse in furniture, there were no dressers . The hotel is a great value and very warm and inviting and clean.

Very cozy and conveniently located hotel. Its historic aura draws you in, while the staff is there to answer, assist, or even tell a light joke. I was not able to dine in the facilities (meetings kept running over); seeing the look of satisfied diners allowed me to realize that I had missed out on a delight. I must return mainly for that but the experience itself.

It was a charming hotel. The lounge area was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. The gym is very small. The location is good and it's easy to walk to many restaurants.
