"It was a pleasant stay, loved their service, hope they keep up the good work"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. I would definitely stay here again!”"

"Property was amazing. The cleanliness, staff, amenities provided, food, room service. All in all a good stay."

"Staff was very nice and kind. Very positive environment."

"Considering the cost paid, Rs4800 plus taxes for the room it is over priced by at least 40% compared to price quoted by other booking companies for the same property. The location, the room ambience, cleanliness and facilities is not worth the money paid. "

"Stay was amazing and rooms were very comfortable with valley view. There was limitation of sunlight around the property as it in opposite direction. Also buffet breakfast has very limited options with respect to amount being paid for including it within the fare. If I know before hand I would haven't opted for the breakfast rather do ala-carte at property itself. "

"Great view from balcony and delicious food "

"The location and view from the hotel was breathtaking, local market is just walking distance from the hotel but the best part of hotel was the food my plan was MAP that included breakfast and dinner and the quality of food was finger licking... Coming to another point the staff was very cooperative and specially that guy Sandeep Sharma from room service department was very good, rooms were well versed and clean and perfect, plenty of car parking space... I would love to stay at the same hotel...

"overall it was okay"

"It had paper thin walls with limited privacy. Property is located right in Gandhi Chowk. Thus, it's good for business trips but won't suggest for leisure trips."

"Costliest food ever in entire Dalhousie. Also staff is very rude and mannerless"

"It was a disappointment. the hotel charged us as much as other luxury resorts However it was a below avg staying facility. The room and toilet was not clean, bedsheets had stains on them. The toilet was stinking all the time. we felt we were cheated on the deal. "
