"Not god, Bathroom was not clean, very unprofessional staff, TV was not working at all. Kettle was not clean to prepare tea. Over all not good."

"The property is very good..staff is exceptional...so no issues there The big issue for us was our room was a family room next to railway tracks, so essentially no sleep for 2 days as the trains honk right near our window all night ..they need soundproofing..."

"We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. "

"We stayed here during a 2-day visit to Mysuru. The hotel was centrally located to the main attractions. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay."
