10/10 Excellent

"Excellent welcome from reception colleagues on arrival, clean room with just the right amount of space and amenities. Evening bar staff seemed a little disorganised, as the bar got busy, they served customers straight away as they arrived at the bar, rather than making previous orders already placed. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!"

Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place

"Ideal location making it very easy to walk to different places: Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain and streets with bars and restaurants. We also walked to the Parlementarium which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is also near the underground station to the Atomium and Mini Europe. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. They have Rituals shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and a small but brand new gym. I recommend this hotel 100%"

"Very nice hotel at a very good location. Amazing room - very spacious and interiors are tastefully done. Everything was very well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Only blip was some drainage issue in the washroom. But overall we had a very comfortable stay."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It was walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see, with many of the more famous chocolate and waffle shops nearby to explore. There’s also some higher end shops for shopping as well. With the Expedia benefits we also had a room upgrade with a view and bottle of cava in our room which was a nice touch. Rooms were standard size for Europe, small but not cramped. They were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Brussels!"
