"Throughly enjoyed staying at Aracalm! Lovely home with everything we needed. The pool was perfect, and the deck was great for our family barbecues. Heather was very welcoming, helpful and communicative, a wonderful host. The Arakoon and south west rocks areas are absolutely stunning, Trial Bay beach was gorgeous, untouched and just wonderful. Some lovely restaurants around south west rocks too. Would definitely stay at Aracalm again! Five stars "

"Beautiful everything is perfect - the house is a DREAM absolutely stunning, has everything you need. The kitchen is a cooks paradise. Whole house is styled and designed so thoughtfully. Located in the most convenient area, 2 min drive to anywhere in SWR/Arakoon. House surrounded by stunning trees home to beautiful birds which will sing all morning and afternoon long.The only negative to mention is that fans are the only means of cooling the house and none of them worked. The living area fans only worked at the lowest speed and the bedroom fans did not work at all. Luckily the house has lots of doors and windows with fly screens so if there is a breeze this helps but otherwise it’s a bit stuffy, especially in the bedrooms as the windows don’t open far. The owners should look at fixing this asap as we saw an old review mention the same thing. "

"From the moment we arrived at Little Bay Cottage, we felt right at home. A helpful tip for future guests: if you’re arriving in a larger car, we recommend reversing up East Street and into the driveway — we did this from day one and it made coming and going incredibly easy. The cottage itself is set in a truly magical spot. One morning, we were lucky enough to spot a koala lounging in a tree just off the back verandah — right on the property! Kangaroos regularly visited nearby, kookaburras provided a classic Aussie soundtrack, and a walk along the Little Bay Beach bush track even treated us to dolphin sightings. Inside, the cottage is all about slowing down and soaking in the moment. We loved unwinding with books from the shelf, watching DVDs, tuning in to free-to-air TV, and spending time together with the games and puzzles provided. Everything was clean, comfy, and well set up — from the beds and bathroom to the lounge and kitchen. The shower head, which was mentioned in a previous review, looked brand new to us and worked perfectly. The BBQ was easy to use, and the kitchen had everything we needed for relaxed meals. There’s a small patch of internet reception on the far side of the double bed — just enough to look up your next adventure. But honestly, this is the kind of place where you’ll want to disconnect. And don’t miss Little Bay Beach at sunrise — it’s pure magic. If we could buy this place and keep it forever, we would!"
