Settled in the heart of Lancaster County and Amish County, this cozy apartment is an ideal place to step back from the frantic pace of life to relax in this peaceful farm setting.
The Fountain Hill Apartment has a private entrance and offers you a full-service kitchen and dining/living room area.
Breakfast items including farm fresh eggs and milk, butter, homemade bread and cereal are provided.
The fire pit next to the guesthouse is a great place to watch the stars at night.
The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg offer tourist attractions.

In the fall of 2023 we transitioned away from dairy cows. However, we still have dairy replacement heifers and beef cattle.

Our stay at Fountain Hill Farm was everything we could ask for. Check in was easy. The kitchen was stocked. The location was great, the house was very clean and we enjoyed meeting the hosts. They were very nice, attentive and helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. The homemade bread and brownies were delicious!! A perfect little getaway for our 5 year anniversary. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful and queit stay on this farm. It has all that you need plus Wilma provided fresh eggs, homemade bread, milk and a treat. We love coming here because it is so peaceful. It's incredible to wake up and see the cows munching grass outside your window. Morning coffee on the porch is truly a blessing. The farm is about 20 minutes from Sight and Sound Theatre and Lancaster. There are many wonderful opportunities to enjoy Mennonite and Amish farms and stores. Recommend Huckleberry's Restaurant for dining located at Fulton Steamboat Inn.

Delightful and restful stay

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and beautiful property, complete with cows, goats, cats and more. Hosts provided eggs, milk, butter and homemade bread and bars! Accommodations were clean and restful. Would come again!

Delightful stay

We enjoyed this quaint farm home with many cows in the pasture. Wilma is a great host! She left us homemade brownies and a loaf of bread, & fresh whole milk. Delicious!!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay - the house was wonderful, on a lovely farm, beautiful area. Wilma is very nice, easy to communicate with, a great host. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely come back again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Perfect for relaxing

This beautiful little hidden gem is perfect for relaxing. The property is lush and green. The cabin is quaint and cozy. Recliners are perfect for napping. No television to distract from the wonderful setting. The hosts are so kind and generous. Recommend this place for anyone who wants to just relax.

Love love loved it! It was rural, quiet and we were meet at the side walk and greeted by Amelia. Such a great host, meet randy a little later and he was a super guy! Quiet and peaceful setting. Fresh milk, eggs, bread, tea and coffee to make breakfast in a full kitchen. Bed was so comfortable. I usually don't sleep well when traveling but had a good nights sleep like I was at home.

Sweet, sweet stay

Peace and quiet are paramount at this farm. We were close enough to activities but far away enough from busyness of Lancaster. Such hospitality, fresh milk, eggs, butter ,cookies is not the norm. Wonderful hosts and family. We would recommend to anyone who craves a break from stress.

Convenient relaxing location!

We stayed 4 nights visiting the Lancaster area and this location was very convenient for our stay. Randy and Wilma were great hosts and provided very tasty treats from their farm. Our trip was both business and pleasure and they were very accommodating with parking for our cargo trailer while we were touring the area. We enjoyed our visit and appreciate them sharing their property with us!!

Second time around!

We enjoyed it, just as much as our first time. We like the peace and quiet of the house, and the family is wonderful. The house is clean and the eggs, bread and baked goods and fresh milk are amazing.

Sight & Sound

We enjoyed our stay on the farm. Wilma welcomed us when we arrived and had also left homemade treats in the kitchen for us. There were fresh eggs and milk and the most amazing homemade bread. Randy showed us around the barn and some of the cows. The apartment was very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

Just what we needed!

Randy and Wilma were such lovely hosts. Although our excursion was brief, it was just what we needed. The farm was beautiful, the apartment was spotless, with all the comforts of home and much more! Life on the Farm

My husband and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary on Randy and Wilma's beautiful farm and it was PERFECT! It was just what we needed and were looking for. Randy and Wilma and their family were so kind and hospitable. The views were incredible and the cows, bunnies, kittens and pups were delightful! The peace and serenity we felt here was just what we were hoping to find. We hope to be able to return in the near future. Thank you Wilma and Randy for your homemade cookies, bread and your farm fresh eggs! A memory making stay for sure!
