"The outside was in very poor condition but the rooms were good. There was a small coffee pot but no coffee or cups ?? Big TV that was great great, lots of channels and HBO. Shower pressure was not great but good hot water. As always, you get what you pay for. We will definitely stay again."

"Deep shade in the woods, cozy and comfortable. Host was responsive during stay. Bed was comfortable, great rain, shower. Hot tub only accessible by steep stairs so didn’t get to test it out. Great proximity to parks, hikes, waterfalls."
