"I was disappointed in the pool area. It was very dark and COLD. Parking spaces were narrow. We were traveling with a baby and it was hard to get her out of the car. There were many big work trucks. The room was clean, nice sized, but basic."

"We can to visit our son for his 21st birthday and knew we wanted to be in the mountains and do a lot of hiking. This stay did not disappoint! You are within 30-45min of several state parks and waterfalls ascwell as several great , local restaurants. We ended up with hiking 32.6 miles, seeing 6 state parks, and 9 waterfalls in 3 days. Our last day was extremely nice with relaxing at the lookout. Bill even added (built) a porta potty so there is no need to worry about a restroom while sitting and enjoying the sunset and family. Only recommendation would be to add a few more trail signs in the beginning (we got turned around a couple times with different trails walking to the lookout). I would absolutely recommend the cabi! It is well kept, communication is easy and quick, and the cabin was equipped with all accommodations you'd need."

Highly recommend for those who want to get away and relax in peace. A cozy deck great lawn and plrnty of parking"

"We had a very nice, relaxing stay at this cottage by the Lake! It was very clean inside and the accommodations inside and out were great. The main bedroom bed is very comfortable and the deck outside with the fire pit is very nice and relaxing, minimal to no bugs, and the weather was perfect!!! Our only recommendation might be, due to its remote location, having some updated pots/pans in the kitchen for cooking there. And finally, just clearing the walkway down to the lake would be great, so it’s not such a covered path, and easier to navigate the steep hill. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay! Thankyou!!"
