"It was very well located in the Baixia neighborhood! The staff was excellent! We had a minor issue at the beginning and the staff responded immediately. We had little treats every single day we were there. They also let us in the room earlier than the appointed time. The bar was great and the bartender was exceptional at the drink mixing. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone I know going to Lisbon!"

"We only stayed for one night, but the Rossio Plaza Hotel was excellent! It was clean and modern. The room size was generous (by European standards lol). Staff were very friendly and made some great activity suggestions. Also, the location was excellent - close to many city highlights. The only negative is that there was some street noise at night (nothing crazy, just might be a consideration if you are a light sleeper or have kids). As well, this may have been a one-off due to the World Cup viewing parties. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again the next time we are in Lisboa. PS. Be sure to check out Castro (next door to the hotel) or Confeitaria Nacional (around the corner) for amazing pastel de natas!"

"Hotel is perfectly placed to explore all of Lisbon! It’s at the peak of a hill so be aware you’ll do a lot of walking to get anywhere but we loved the location! Hotel and room were gorgeous! We were on the first floor and the only thing I would say is we could hear guests coming up and down the stairs but it didn’t bother us too much. Rooms were stunning with huge French doors out on to the street, can’t hear any road noise and it was gorgeous to look out on the city every morning. Unfortunately we did so much exploring that we couldn’t take full advantage of the bar but it looked great and all the staff were really friendly. Some parts of the hotel looked a little tired; still masking tape on the staircase to the first floor and some of the flooring in our room was bubbling up but that is more feedback for the hotel rather than any criticism. We genuinely loved our stay and would return"

"We had a great stay at the Locke Hotel. We travelled as a family with our 3 year old. We stayed in a family suite, which was more than enough room for all of us. We found this hotel to be a great home base for the last few days of our trip. We were able to conveniently return our rental car to the europecar just down the street and relied on Ubers and the Hop On Hop Off bus for travel around Lisbon. We loved having the pool to come back to after a day of exploring and appreciated having easy access to the 2 restaurants on site (both were amazing). The buffet breakfast (which was included in our stay) was excellent and served in the beautiful Santa Joana restaurant. We will definitely recommend Locke hotel to any friends and family visiting Lisbon."
