This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. This place is amazing! The perfect place to sleep in the mountains. Trust your good GPS and you’ll find it, really worth it. We were welcomed and guided by Agostino. It was a pleasure to eat a great breakfast with all local, farm-grown products! Such a nice experience for my kids that enjoyed this place w/o TV. Fam. rooms are comfortable, cute, clean on top of that you have WiFi. I definitely recommend this place so much!

What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant.
