"This is one of the cleaner/safe red roofs in the nation. Anyone saying dirty or whatever needs to understand what they’re paying for. With that said we have stayed here 4 or 5 times over the years and happy with having a clean quiet room. It’s not luxury so don’t expect that. Waffle House next door and a convent store across the street. So this place works well out of the 5 or so motels/hotels in the Milton area."

"Stayed 3 nights. Would definitely stay at this location again. Cute home that was clean, cozy, many provided amenities (including snacks), easy access for entry and great location. Host communicated in a timely manner. "

"Room was clean, sheets were crispy clean, decent place to crash for a night. "

"The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably quiet although we could hear people talking in the parking lot below us. We always travel with White Noise machines and also ran the bathroom fan overnight so we slept soundly and heard no loud noise. The TV had excellent resolution and sound. The shower had a nice shower head and comfortable, steady temperature. We did not eat breakfast there since it was not included so we walked across the parking lot to “Another Broken Egg Cafe”. Rick at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of our questions including about the quirky door lock on the doors which apparently are designed that way to prevent people from locking themselves out of their room. We will return here."
