"Staff was friendly easy to get along with. I came from out of town on Amtrak. Amtrak was having delays on service due to mechanical problems with one of the trains blocking the tracks in south Florida. Had a 6 and half hour delay get to the hotel. I was marked no show .between Expedia and hotel staff was able still get my room . Everything worked out great."

"Good service but the room was okay. A little bit on the older side (could use some new paint, TVs, new floor/rug)."

"My kids loved the pool!!! Staff surprised me by making our bed everyday!!! The manager could invest in a waffle/pancake maker. We were thankful for the breakfast, but it could have been better. Also, the bar and grill could have been somewhere else, the customers took up a lot of the hotel guests parking lot. And should bug spray occasionally, we had lots of insects in our room. Flies, roaches,ect."

"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. In the morning when leaving still no one in...

"Wouldn’t come back, mold on walls/baseboards, room was humid, tv didn’t work, hair in shower, floors dirty, sitting chair had a big stain on the seat, didn’t use it obviously. Only stayed because it was cheap lol "
