"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. "The water in the pool did look a bit dirty and not very big for the size of the hotel. If there was a breakfast area that was continental that was not made clear of tines or location. The concierge gentleman was over the top excellent and just could not have helped plan our visit as he was instrumental in all his knowledge & suggestions. Checking in the lady was extremely nice and very helpful! Made great conversation & truly felt welcoming "
