When I first ordered a queen size bed that queen side bed was not ready so they gave me a twins bed room the issue with that room the kitchen faucet is leaking all over the top counter then I had to stay the night in there then got off of work come back switch to queen size bed The room was so messed up that they had a dog in the inside pissed all over the floor and it smell so bad in that room never cleaned it up so I let the manager no what's going on about that room so they gave me a new room king size bed that was okay and than that I was very upset the way I had to switch rooms three times .

What didn’t go well? Maybe it was the fact that I had booked for 7 nights which could have lead to several months all depending on the stay. I had a 5 hour drive and wasn’t able to leave until midafternoon.The Email confirmation said check starts at 11:00 am and ends at 7:00pm . I got to the property at 6:45pm. Office door was locked but I hear talking. I call the number on the door and maintenance answered and said he be right there. He shows up and goes in the private entrance and comes back out and says the manager will let me in the entrance. I go around and she shuts the door and I knock and she opens and says we canceled your booking because you arrived too late. I say it’s 6:50 to sign says 7:00 and she slams the door in my face. I call Expedia and they do nothing and I lose the initial security deposit and sleep in my truck. I have never been treated so rudely by both the property management and Expedia customer service. I’ll never use either again.
