"Clean and spacious room. The pool area is nice and lots of fun for kids. Great distance to the park for early entry and a short walk back after a long day. "

"The rooms were as stated. Cleanliness was OK. I was not too thrilled with the bathroom. Conditioner was almost, if not, already out. I was not too thrilled with the arrangement of the furniture. The couch was not centered to the TV due to the desk being by the window which could've been directly by the TV wall. Not sure if that's just the limitation of the space. Great hotel overall. Pool was nice and clean. Spa was nice and clean. Some of the jets weren't working, or not working as good as the others jets. Breakfast was Ok. Sausage was dry. My kids love sausage but had a hard time with this one. Eggs were OK. definitely needed some salt and pepper or some form of seasoning. Everything else was great. Parking spaces are for smaller cars. This was a bit frustrating. The fact that this place is almost always full so you will have to find parking and all of the parking spaces are for smaller vehicles. If you are using a larger vehicle, you may have a difficult time getting out and it may or may not damage your vehicle or another. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again but will definitely look for another to try. "

"The location was very close to Disney, which was good. Unfortunately the room wasn't clean (hair on the floor in the bathroom, floor not clean in the corners and under the desk by the TV). I asked for an extra blanket and they said there were none. I saw another guest ask for more towels (there is a sign in the room that says they only clean every other day but if you need more towels just request in the lobby) but they said they didn't have any and gave her washcloths and hand towels only) The bed and pillows were comfortable."
