"Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. Prior to arrival, I reached out to the host with a question and never received a response. After additional effort, I was able to contact an associate by text, who eventually obtained the information I needed. "This place was perfect for our stay in Wichita! The one and only complaint I have is that it is very close to the interstate and so it is loud all day and night. "

"Perfect quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us (2 adults and a toddler). It is a 10-15 min drive to zoo, old downtown sites, but 1-5 min drive for essential places. Check in instructions were on website, but we needed to ask for access code. Laundry room was a bonus! Check out instructions were listed on site, but were somewhat different in the BNB so we were unsure which to go by, but we went with the website instructions. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!"

"The host was very helpful & very quick to respond! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great, cute house with charm. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen."

"Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. "

"Smoke detectors needed batteries but place was nice, AC worked great. Comfortable bed."

"The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. "
