Staff was very friendly. Chad was great and gave us advice on local spots and info on the speakeasy in the basement. Valet parking was convenient, quick, and inexpensive. Besides the normal ware and tear, hotel room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Speakeasy had great drinks and entertainment. 9/10 overall

The corner rooms a spacious with a great view. The only thing keeping this place from a 5star rating is the road noise. The hotel sits on the main drag for the younger croud on weekends, so it was noisy until around 1am when the hot rodding drivers finally went home.

The Hotel is in the heart of downtown with awesome views from the higher floors. The lobby area is impressive and the folks wonderful to deal with. A manager emailed me the day before to be sure I had her contact info and Chad texted me immediately after checking in to be sure everything was ok. My 8th floor suite was on the SW corner. The room was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was all marble.
