"We opted to use the Antler Lodge as our 6 night base for exploring the Lamar Valley and the sights within the Grand Loop. Gardiner provides excellent access to the NP with short queues at the park entrance and a 10 to 15 minute drive to Mammoth Springs. The check in process is a one person affair so depending on your arrival time patience is required although complimentary coffee is available whilst you wait.
