Apartment with private terrace inside the residential complex "Villini al Vittoriale" with swimming pool, near the main attractions, in Gardone Riviera.



The apartment opens onto the large living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a table with chairs and a well-equipped independent kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The living room overlooks the private porch of the apartment, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing moments. The apartment continues with the bedroom furnished with a queen size, a wardrobe and overlooks the private porch. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

At guests' disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in the bedroom.



*Guests will have one private parking space at their disposal (measurements: 5 x 2.60m height 2.20m).

The shared pool can be used from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

In the city centre, tourists will admire the magnificent historic buildings that house prestigious hotels and period villas such as the suggestive Villa Alba, the picturesque villages: Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra which are connected by the wonderful Hruska Gardens of the Giardino Botanico, a floral collection with a continental character. From Gardone lakefront tourists will benefit from the boat that in a few minutes takes to the Veronese shore, Malcesine, that offers a panoramic cable car to reach the 1800 meters of Monte Baldo and to other locations on Lake Garda.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Wohnanlage. Guter Pool, nette Mitbewohner.

Es war sehr warm, über 30°C. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war Gold wert. Gardone Sopra war toll wie immer, die Nähe zum Al Vittoriale war diesmal etwas anstrengend, da jeden Abend dort immer dieselbe Theateraufführung stattfand, was auf der Terrasse nicht zu überhören war.

Gute Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage am Berg

Gute Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage am Berg. E- bikes sind angebracht, es sei denn man ist ein sehr guter Radfahrer. Die private Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Tiefgaragenplatz ist vorhanden, aber sehr eng für einen SUV, den wir haben. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Für 4 Personen ist sie für meinen Geschmack zu beengt. Die Badmöbel bedürfen mal einer Erneuerung. Enttäuschend war, das es im Land des Weines und des Grappas in der Ausstattung der Küche keine dazu passenden Gläser gibt! Das haben wir erwartet. Ein kleiner Wäscheständer zum Trocknen von Handbüchern etc. wäre auch nicht schlecht. Ein Bügeleisen war vorhanden, aber kein Bügelbrett? Als deutsche Gäste erwarteten wir in einem Appartement dieser Art deutsches Fernsehen. Dieses ist nicht zu emfangen. Die Bepflanzung der Kübel auf der Terasse ist nicht unbedingt liebevoll. Nicht passend zu den vielen schönen Blumen, Oleandern und Duftpflanzen in der Anlage und den angrenzenden Appartements. Das Pool ist sehr gepfegt und sauber. Befremdlich wirken die vielen Verbote und Androhungen von Geld- /Strafen der Agentur " Wonderful Italy" , falls der Urlauber dieses und jenes nicht beachtet. Ich kam mir vor wie ein Kleinkind im Kindergarten, welches mit erhobenem Zeigefinger gemaßregelt wird. Es ist ja o.k., daß auf Mülltrennung geachtet wird, aber das kennen wir aus Deutschland sehr genau.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es war recht leer und ruhig. Die wenigen Leute vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit abseits des Trubels. Strandorte sind gut erreichbar und der Bergort bietet ausreichend Restaurants, so dass man das Auto auch stehen lassen kann. Gerne wieder!
