"Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that...

"Perfect little apartment - walking distance within downtown Eureka Springs. The shower was amazing! (Just a bit awkward sharing apartment with friends because the shower doesn't have a private area). We loved the place, but disappointment with the communication and getting double booked for the last night...causing us to have to leave a day early."
