"I wanted to use the refrigerator and when I opened the cabinet there was a nest of cockroaches!! Omg!! My room didn’t have a secure lock or padlock. There was only the turn the knob on the door handle kind of security. Sorry. I was terrified and disgusted and I didn’t have a choice but to stay "
