Super experience. Beautiful views and excellent staff. The breakfast buffet would be my only complaint. Ate there 3 times because it was included in my room rate. The service was great, but the food was not.

The junior suite was comfortable and perfect for our stay. Accessible and walkable to Mag Mile, Millenium Park and Ohio St beach. Cafe and Shula Steakhouse were both delicious.

We loved our stay here. Our room, the family room, was incredibly spacious and we loved the view of the river. It was somewhat difficult to navigate from the hotel to the riverwalk with a stroller.

Staff was outstanding,very friendly,and extremely helpful. Rooms are a bit dated,but fine. Was very disappointed that the hotel bar was closed for a private party Saturday night. Went into Shulas,sat at the bar and got completely ignored ...after 7 minutes we left. Breakfast buffet,not great. Staff at the hotel ,again,were outstanding!!!
