In Pays d'Apt et des ocres, near Apt, Roussillon, Gordes, Saint-Saturnin d'Apt, Bonnieux, Lacoste, in a quiet countryside setting (cultivated fields and a few houses) and facing the Luberon, you will enjoy 'a house freshly built in a typical Provencal spirit! You will have a magnificent view of the Grand Luberon from the covered terrace (large table and benches to take your meals there: direct access to the kitchen) or the pergola (lounge chairs to make the most of the sun) but also the swimming pool ( sunbathing) and its pool house!
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms nicely furnished and decorated, with large bedding, 2 bathrooms (bath and walk-in shower) with WC each, a large living room with a dining area (Provençal furniture painted and patinated ), a lounge area (a convertible sofa, a Provencal daybed, TV 82 cm flat screen satellite receiver, French and foreign channels) and American kitchen with super-equipped pass-through (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, large multifunction pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, small household appliances), a laundry room, a garage and a large POOL, facing south (just for you!) gradual slope for the pleasure of young and old! You can relax on its indoor bench with nozzles and in the shade of its brand new pool house. schöne Unterkunft, aber leider Kakerlakenbefall - Blatta orientalis / cafard oriental

Wir, zwei Paare, haben in diesem Ferienhaus 10 Nächte verbracht. Véronique ermöglichte uns eine kontaktlose Anreise zu einer späten Uhrzeit. Sie antwortet immer und schnell auf Nachrichten. Sie informierte uns vorab gut über das Anwesen und die Nutzung des Pools. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und wir konnten problemlos einchecken. Das Ferienhaus und der Garten entsprechen den Fotos. Hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Aussicht, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die ausgesprochen umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. - Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts feststellen müssen, dass es nicht nur im Pool, sondern auch im Haus Schädlinge gibt. Wir informierten daraufhin die Vermieterin über die gesichteten orientalischen Kakerlaken (auch bekannt als Gemeine Küchenschabe). Wir wiesen auf die gesundheitliche Gefahr für Kinder und Allergiker hin, die möglicherweise in Zukunft in dem Haus wohnen werden. Uns wurde schlicht geantwortet, wir befänden uns auf dem Land und dort gibt es Käfer und Insekten und dass diese normal sind. Das war mir natürlich klar, ich bin gerne auf dem Land und erkenne Insekten sehr gut. Daraufhin schickte ich Fotos von einigen Exemplaren (auf der Küchenarbeitsplatte, im Pool, an Türrahmen). Ich war mir sicher, nun müsste die Gastgeberin einlenken und sich diesem Problem ernsthaft annehmen, denn die Bilder lassen keinen Zweifel offen. Doch erneut sagte sie, das seien keine Schaben und verwies auf normale Insekten auf dem Land. Sie gab an bei der Reinigung keine einzige Kakerlake gesehen zu haben, obwohl wir extra die toten Tiere im Pool und auf dem Boden des Hauses liegen ließen. Nun war ich aufgebracht, denn es ging mir nicht darum Geld zurück zu bekommen, sondern darum zukünftige Mieter zu schützen. Daher kann und möchte ich nicht mehr als zwei Sterne vergeben. - Achten Sie unbedingt darauf, Lebensmittel geschlossen zu halten, jeden Abend den Müll wegzubringen und prüfen Sie Ihre Koffer intensiv vor der Abreise. Ich fand nachts eine Schabe in meinem Kulturbeutel. Wir können nur hoffen, dass wir keine mitgenommen haben. - Schade, dass Véronique nur unangekündigt einmal während unseres Aufenthalts am Zaun vorbeikam. Zu dem Zeitpunkt, wussten wir noch nicht um das Ausmaß der Problematik und ich als Ansprechpartner war nicht zugegen, um das persönliche Gespräch zu suchen. - Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit in der Provence, hätten uns aber gewünscht, dass unser Hinweis verantwortungsbewusster aufgenommen wird.

Objekt ist überzahlt

Eigentlich ein schönes Objekt, gute Fernsicht auf Luberon, schöne blühende Rosen und viel Rosmarin im Garten. Aber das Haus ist mit deutlich überzahlt. Die Einrichtung (alles ein bisschen auf alt) ist Geschmacksache. Aber dem Haus fehlt die gute Seele, die Aufmerksamkeit, zu viele Details sind nicht sorgfältig (z.B. Espresso-Maschine gemäss Beschreibung hat gefehlt, was haben wir gesucht... :-). Zu dem Preis empfehlen wir das Objekt nicht.

Si vous rêvez de passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre champêtre, alors n'hésitez pas à venir à Gargas ,petit village proche de Apt et Saint -Saturnin. La maison est bien située ( proche du centre du village ,facile d'accès,clarteuse avec une vue sur l'ensemble des massifs montagneux ). Vous serez hébergé dans un environnement très calme avec un agréable espace vert où vous trouverez une charmante piscine.

Vue magnifique sur le Luberon

Le temps était un peu frais et l'eau de la piscine à peine à 15°C, nous avons cependant passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est spacieuse et la terrasse très agréable. Les photos sont tout à fait représentatives de la propriété. La région est superbe en automne et les possibilités de randonnées, tours en vélo ou visites sont nombreuses. Gargas est bien situé pour visiter la région, tout en étant au calme.

Maison neuve bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable située au pied et au centre du grand Lubéron. Ravitaillement facile à Gargas (bonne boulangerie) sinon Apt est est à 3 pas. La piscine permet de se détendre. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la région.

A well situated and very comfortable holiday home

The house is in a wonderful location and enjoys beautiful views to the south. It was a delight to see the changing light on the view, and I loved to see the view each morning when I opened the shutters. We stayed for 3 and a half weeks, and the early mornings went from autumnal mists to thick frost. I should imagine that in summertime the pool would be much appreciated. The garden is pretty and well maintained. We already knew the area very well, and this villa is perfectly situated for exploring the Luberon. It was also a few minutes' drive from an excellent supermarket. There is plenty to see and do whatever the season. The house is comfortable and tastefully furnished. The owner has obviously made every effort to provide all things needed in this lovely holiday home. La maison est dans un endroit merveilleux et offre de superbes vues sur le sud. Ce fut un plaisir de voir la lumière changeante sur la vue, et j' aimait à voir la vue chaque matin quand j'ai ouvert les volets. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines et demi, et tôt le matin de brumes automnales allés au gel épais. Je dois imaginer que la piscine en été serait très apprécié. Le jardin est joli et bien entretenu. Nous savions déjà très bien la région, et cette villa est parfaitement situé pour explorer le Luberon. Il était également accessible en quelques minutes à partir d'un excellent supermarché. Il ya beaucoup à voir et à faire quelle que soit la saison. La maison est confortable et meublé avec goût. Le propriétaire a évidemment fait tous les efforts pour fournir toutes les choses nécessaires dans cette belle maison de vacances.

Très recommandable location

Très spacieuse et confortable maison situé sur un coteau. Une vue dégagée sur plus de 180° sur les monts du Luberon.....grandiose.... Calme absolu et détente garantie. Un excellent séjour passé d'une quinzaine de jours mi-octobre 2015 avec des couleurs somptueuses d'automne. Un petit regret, ne pas avoir pu profiter de la belle piscine à remous, l'eau est fraîche en cette saison.

Great house, Great pool, Great weather!

We stayed for 1 week in July. The weather was very hot and sunny every day. The house was fabulous. It is very well equipped and spacious. We were only a small family, 2 adults and 1 child plus dog, but it would still be spacious if you had a full compliment of guests. We ate most of our meals on the terrace, which was very handy for the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was absolutely great. The views are marvellous, across open farmland to the hills. It was very quiet and peaceful but close to the village for bread and a restaurant. Highly recommend this property,dog would also recommend as he could wander off at will!!

Excellentes vacances, superbe vue

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle région. La propriétaire est charmante, accueillante et prête à aider si nécéssaire. La maison est parfaitement bien équipée et très agréable. Comme il faisait relativement chaud, nous avons pleinement profité de la belle piscine. A partir de la terrasse/piscine vous bénéficiez d'une superbe vue sur le Grand Lubéron ainsi que les monts de Vaucluse. Tout simplement magnifique !!! On ne s'en lasse pas. En outre il fait très calme et cela fait du bien en période de vacances. On a été ravi de la location et nous la conseillerons certainement à d'autres ! N'hésitez pas à y aller !

Très beau logement

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison au mois de juillet 2015 avec notre fils âgé de 3 ans. La villa est très belle, très agréable et facile à vivre et au calme. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires dans la maison, le garage nous a aussi été utile pour garder la voiture au frais !. Les chambres sont grandes et les literies sont de bonne qualité. Le salon-séjour est également spacieux. Il faisait très chaud durant notre séjour, nous avons fermé les volets toute la journée pour éviter la chaleur de rentrer (la maison n’est pas climatisée) mais les nuits restaient chaudes quand même… Un chemin est situé juste à côté de la maison mais très peu de voitures y passent (6/7 par jour). La piscine est grande, la vue est magnifique sur le grand Lubéron ! Le village de Gargas est à 2 minutes en voiture avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Cette maison est parfaitement située pour découvrir le Lubéron (Roussillon et colorado de Rustrel à 10 minutes, Gordes à 20 minutes, Avignon à 1 heure…) Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Un gite de charme avec vue exceptionnelle!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à gargas. Le gîte est très propre, bien équipé, spacieux, la literie est de bonne qualité , la décoration charmante et de bon goût. La vue sur le Lubéron est imprenable , la terrasse accessible de la cuisine, du living et de la chambre est un endroit dont on ne se lasse pas. La situation du gîte permet de faire des randonnées , de visiter de charmants villages très proches et de profiter pleinement d’une région adorable. La propriétaire est très amicale et accueillante . Cette location est vraiment à recommander pour des vacances reposantes et ressourçantes, on y reviendra ...
