"This was a great stay at Lago de Garda, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. The street is a bit noisy at night but if you close the balcony doors it gets much better. The view of the boulevard and lake are very pleasant. We recommend it. "

"This is a very tired, dirty hotel. Room was missing a shower door, filthy walls, worn and tired! Staff was incredibly nonchalant and cared not. Breakfast was average and staff inattentive. Cleared our own table."

"This ended up being a hotel you only dream of when you book on line! From the location, layout to the staff and food it was all a 10 out of 10! The food in the restaurant was lovely and accommodated my need for gluten-free. The pool area was neat and tidy, and although the weather was not very hot, we still had an opportunity to hang out there for a little bit. Everything was in walking distance, including all of the boats that you can take onto Lake Garda. The room was generously sized, and of course, my favorite was the balcony overlooking the lake. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we will make sure we come back."

"Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100% "

"Lovely hotel, huge pool & spa facilities were great. Fantastic massage. Loved so many breakfast choices with many healthy options. Only negative was as it was April they were not serving drinks to the pool, although you could take them there yourself. Highly recommend."
