"Excellent choice for an overnight stay or longer - on the bus line from the ferry & walkable to both the airport and the waterfront in just 10 min. Corfu main shopping district and old town just 20-25 min walk. My room was immaculately clean with a small balcony and ice cold water in the mini fridge. "The location was fantastic and the host was very responsive to our inquiries. Check in was suoer easy. The place is very basic, shower lacked curtain or glass so taking a shower was challenging to keep water from going everywhere. There was a sewer odor upon entering the main floor. Beds were clean. "This place is very nice and in an excellent location - close to everything but not noisy. The decor is high end, stylish, and contemporary. It’s close to spianada square, where I was able to find excellent parking for 3 euro/day (though the lot can fill midday and during the early dinner hour. Self check- in was easy and I would book it again. We were very pleased with our stay and glad we booked here and not in another area"

"Superb customer service - Nicol gave us a warm, friendly welcome and later ensured our departure went smoothly; together with Nicolina and Nikoleta nothing was too much trouble and always offered help with a smile. Apartment had a large comfortable bed, powerful shower, the necessary kitchen items. All modern and spotlessly clean. "

"This hotel gets an excellent 5 star review from me for a few reasons. It is a classic old hotel. The location is terrific and the view from the rooftop restaurant/bar is utterly unmatched. If you stay here, eat or at least have a drink on the roof. You won't regret it. All that said, the hotel could use a bit of refreshing. The rooms look a bit old. The breakfast was ok. The three guys in ties buzzing around were a bit unnecessary. It's a buffet. But, big picture, this is a hotel worth staying at. "

A LOVELY ADDITION TO OLD TOWN CORFU

"The Calliston is a lovely new hotel well located in Kerkyra (Corfu Town). Parking is very limited nearby but a big parking area is available for €3 per day a 6 or 7 minute walk away. Bear in mind the hotel has no lift and at least one of the rooms has a bath but no shower. A lovely stay. "

"This is a lovely,quiet hotel. From what we understand it’s been renovated in recent years and is in excellent condition. The hotel is spotless with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast is high quality with good choice of food. The room is well appointed and well thought out with careful planning with the space available. Complementary wine in fridge on our arrival and a lovely leaving gift on our departure. One of the best reasonably priced hotels we’ve ever stayed at. "
