Fizemos o chequin de entrada as 16hs, o quarto não havia sido liberado, esperamos 30 minutos na chuva para liberação. Eramos 3 pessoas, so tinha uma toalha de rosto, tvemos q pedir 3 toalhas de banho. O vaso sanitário, com problemas de escoamento, tive que sar 8 descargas, mais um balde d agua pros dejeto descerem. Ja o cafe, foi noutra pousada, mais requinrada , com um otimo cafe.

Horrível e caro, um desrespeito!

Tudo horrível. Muito caro pro que é, nos sentimos roubados! Entraram no nosso quarto sem pedir pra pegar uma máquina de ozônio que colocaram pra ver se saia o cheiro de mofo do quarto e matava as baratas que ja tinham. Serviço péssimo, não conseguiamos resolver nada no local com os funcionários, enfim, não indico!! O melhor foi o Baixinho, funcionário do local, que nos atendeu melhor do que o próprio dono, ele deveria abrir o proprio negócio de tão bom rs Fica uma imagem ruim pro Hoteis.com (minha família não quer mais alugar nada por aqui)

Atendente super agradável, simpática. quarto bom, no geral pousada ok, com localização boa, bem pertinho da praia da ferrugem, conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, próximo à praia, pontos negativos acomodação não possuía ventilador, nem ar condicionado, pedimos a atendente que nos emprestou um, fomos informados que havia chegado ventiladores para serem instalados, café da manhã não é servido na própria pousada na rua que é próxima, mas é um bom café, principal ponto negativo era o banheiro do quarto em que ficamos, pia estava vazando, o que deixava o banheiro molhado, box não era blindex somente com cortina e não possuía o degrau que não deixa a água passar, registro modelo antigo e descarga também, chuveiro saindo pouca água

Decepcionante.

As janelas estavam estragadas, não trancavam e tinham frestas grandes. Nos hospedamos no inverno, em uma noite fria. A hospedagem forneceu mantas finas e insuficientes. Pedimos, mas mão forneceram aquecedor ou cobertores extras. A geladeira não fechava a porta. A pia do banheiro tinha um vazamento que deixava o chão molhado. A maioria das fotos era de um hotel próximo onde é servido o café da manhã, sendo as acomodações da pousada inferiores às do hotel.

Fotos não mostram a realidade da pousada, totalmente desatualizadas, principalmente a cozinha (nojento) e o banheiro (com a janela sem vidro, o que impossibilitava dar banho no bebe porque estava frio). Todo banho o djuntor caía. Colchão e travesseiros não confortáveis. Tomamos o café da manhã em outras duas pousadas (mesmo dono). Acredito que falta interesse em manter e cuidar melhor desta pousada. Se você pretende ir com a sua família, não recomendo!
