"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks."

"First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. "This was the highlight of the trip for my kids. Staying at a castle is pretty sweet but the Dromoland service made all the difference. From personalized little gifts to the kids, to the falconry and archery experiences, to the bike rides in the beautiful property. We don't golf, but the golf course looked very nice.
