"My husband and I stayed in Pine Lake Resort apartments to celebrate our belated 20th Wedding Anniversary. The surroundings were amazing and we had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the restaurant staff on the evening. The only downside was the fact that we didn't have an oven and had bought food for the evening that was meant to go in the oven. Hence the restaurant meal on that evening. It's probably our fault for not reading about what amenities were...

"Property was nice however the leisure centre was very dirty. There were no cleaners during the day. We went both morning and afternoon same condition. Also the hot tub was broken for the whole stay. "

"The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about. We also had to make the beds ourselves, there weren’t enough pillow cases for the pillows. There were no instructions given to us about...
