Wonderful stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The beds in particular made for the best sleep I have had in a long time.

Very Nice

The location is in a wooded neighborhood giving it some privacy, which was nice. The backyard was large enough for kids activities and the outdoor jacuzzi was very relaxing. Karaoke was a highlight of the evening! The beds were comfortable and kitchen spacious enough for several cooks. I had numerous questions for the host and they were answered in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Great location, great pricing.

My family, friends, and I stayed for the weekend, and we found the place to be very clean and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, my daughter became ill, and although we tried our best to clean up, it seems that some of the mess was still noticeable. The property owners informed us of this, and I offered to pay a cleanup fee, but I haven't received any response. I hope everything is okay. If the opportunity arises (though I understand it may be unlikely), we would love to stay again..

Very clean & updated property! The hot tub water looked like it was a fresh refill.We also thoroughly enjoyed how close this property is to the "L TRAIN" stations and the DUNE NATIONAL PARK!!We will be renting this house again for sure!

The place was very spacious and accommodating. The location was idea for what I was looking for. I just hate that my daughters had to back out on joining us at the last minute. I’m very sure they would have enjoyed it also, especially the privacy of the backyard. It was an idea location for visiting with my family and friends in Gary, as well as attending my granddaughter’s graduation in Illinois.

This house was awesome my family loved everything about it, loved the hot tub, the showers, the games and plenty of space for everyone and very clean. I must say the lighting in this house was very very nice.

Your house is absolutely stunning. I would say the only thing that I would suggest would be the carrying a toaster lol other than that everything was 100%. We will stay again for sure. Thank you.

Place was updated and great shower with the master bedroom. Hot tub was a great benefit. Opportunities: use of garage, W & D for laundry. Need to do better with insect control, the amount of flying bugs was ridiculous and at times gross as it was in the kitchen area. We are from the country/farmers so we understand to a point-need more blue lights in the house and outside to remedy. Probably will not stay again due to the insects

My family loved this place, especially how close it is to IN Dune National Park and the train to Chicago. My kids (18, 20, 22) especially loved the feel of the house and the master bathroom. As I toured the place, I started hearing my son's music playing in the bathroom which we had a lot fun with. We all took turns showering in there and now they want a shower like that installed in our house! So much thought went into the upgrades of this place, you'll feel like royalty. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay again. There are plenty of places to sleep and little kids could always use the sofa. We also had my mom and her friend with us. We only wish there was an extra half bath, but we made it work. Check out all the fun light fixtures, too. This will be one to remember!

Lovely house

One of the things that we liked the most is that it was close to pretty much everywhere we needed to visit. Indiana Dunes park is just a few minutes away. Marquette Park among other places was one location we couldn't miss on this trip. The house is very spacious and well-designed. We loved in particular the open concept. If we go back to Gary, IN we would love to stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property ticked all of the boxes: clean, modern, extra amenities like a hot tub and karaoke, an awesome shower, quiet area and very close to the beach. Mr Ward was a very gracious host. He was always available for any questions we had patiently answered all of them. We are definitely going to make this our special summer spot every year! I highly recommend this property.
