Level One: Main Entrance, open kitchen and living room area with a queen pull-out sofa, space for an Aerobed, full bathroom, and covered deck featuring the hot tub, grill, and seating area. Note: a flight of exterior stairs are required to reach the main entrance.

Level Two: Media Loft with wet bar, quartz counters, Nespresso and Keurig machines, 50-inch Smart TV and access to the East Overlook deck with close-up views of the National Park, the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or cozy up to the gas firepit. Two queen bedrooms share a bright, sky-lit en-suite full bathroom with indoor jacuzzi tub and laundry area.

Note: additional sleeping options include pullout queen sofa in Living Room, fold-down futon in Media Loft, and one self-inflating Aerobed (bedding provided) to be set up at will for flexible guest accommodation.

Additional Guest fee applies over 6 people: $25/person per night. This covers maintenance/replacement of aerobeds, pullout sofas, extra laundry, increased utility costs, wear and tear, and more.
No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, beach fires, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).
No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window ($1000 fine).
Total of three (3) cars are allowed in the designated parking spots at ANY point in time. Including any visitors, loading and unloading, even if for a short time period. Overflow parking is 2 miles away
Licencees agrees to identity verification and background check preformed by SafelyStay, Inc.
Safely Trust and Safety Damage Waiver Fee provides up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury during your stay. Full terms provided upon booking.

Maximum Occupancy is 10 individuals total, not including children less than two years of age on Arrival Date
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-9AM; Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated; If the neighbors are disturbed, Miller Beach Vacation Rentals reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM.

Small, wireless bluetooth speakers are permitted except during Quiet Hours (9pm - 9am). Not permitted are party speakers, amps, subwoofers, stereo surround systems, or other high-powered audio equipment, etc.

We use smart home technology to measure noise decibel levels throughout the property and you will be notified immediately if a noise event has been triggered. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine.
