"Staff very helpful. Language a bit of a barrier but that is my fault. Room very clean and well appointed. Furniture basic and dated but still very functional. The included bathroom was very modern and clean. Walking distance to all amenities and beautiful vistas from windows. I would stay again and recommend. "

"Lovely modern clean Hotel in centre of St Jean de Luz near to the shops and super sandy beach. Welcoming smiley polite and helpful receptionists. Bedrooms very spacious & beds super comfy. We loved the shower room with its green large modern washbasin. Showers were spacious and water correct consistent temperature. We would highly recommend staying here. "Loved this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Located across the road from the train station, so need for a car. Two minute walk to the centre of town restaurants and cafes. Short stroll along port to beach. Will go back there. "

"This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "
