Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Acomodação espetacular, check-in e check-out bastante ágeis, absolutamente nada para reclamar. Tudo muito limpo, organizado, bem cuidado. Prezada equipe Fazenda park hotel Fomos impedidos de ingressar no hotel guarita sob a justificativa de que ainda faltava uma hora para o horário de check-in. Esclareci ao porteiro que o objetivo era apenas deixar minha esposa no interior do hotel e que ela ficaria no hall de entrada aguardando os demais familiares. Porém a negativa foi mantida de forma inflexível, informando que se acessássemos ele precisaria fazer a cobrança de R$ 230 ~ 270 reais (não me recordo exatamente o valor). Embora o colaborador não tenha sido mal-educado, a postura adotada evidencia uma política inadequada e desalinhada com o padrão que se espera de um hotel deste nível. A expectativa, ao escolher um hotel dessa categoria, é de um atendimento diferenciado e orientado à experiência do hóspede. O que vivenciamos foi exatamente o oposto: uma abordagem excessivamente restritiva, que transmite desconfiança e remete a estabelecimentos de padrão inferior, nos quais o controle se sobrepõe ao acolhimento. O Valor da diária que o fazenda park hotel cobra se assemelha a resorts internacionais como o Magestic em Punta Cana (republica dominicana) onde pessoalmente estive e no momento da chegada (independemente da hora) nos recepcionaram com uma toalha gelada e acesso ao bar para aguardar a hora do check in. É inaceitável que hóspedes sejam impedidos sequer de aguardar no hall de entrada, como se houvesse receio de uso indevido das instalações ou consumo de itens antes do horário de check-in.

Estrutura excelente, estão sempre fazendo melhorias e embelezando o resort. Só falta ampliar a piscina, pois tem ficado lotada com a quantidade de hóspedes. Os quartos prime são excelentes. A alimentação é muito boa, com muita fartura de comida e bebidas. A recreação para as crianças é maravilhosa, só senti falta de uma recreação específica para a faixa etária de 14 a 17 anos nos primeiros dias da minha hospedagem. Posteriormente, com a inclusão da programação para os teens, a recreação ficou perfeita. Em resumo, foi tudo maravilhoso, meus filhos e sobrinhos adoraram e já pedem para voltar. O tio cotoco e a tia Dory são maravilhosos
