Both bedrooms and the living room have smart tv which is great when everyone wants to relax and watch something different. Also had a great book and game selection for families."

"The chocolate chip cookies were the only nice touch. The hot water was great, water was awesome from the tap. The backyard was fenced and private with a huge deck, complete with overhead lights. Overall very nice. The bed was comfortable. First impression.... When I walked in, the cottage reeked of fabric softener sheets. Maybe Fabreze, I don't know. But it REEKED. Now most of you might love that smell, but I do not. I am allergic to those chemicals. It took a full 24 hours to get the smell...

"Our first drive into the property has me anxious, because the road was on the side of a mountain! Once there, it was truly a sanctuary. We loved our hobbit hole! Each day we spoke with wonderful people living at this property, including the kind owner, Dan. The bed in the hobbit hole was very comfortable.
