I am particularly fond of the clerk who explained how the bus payment system worked. She kept at it until I understood that I should pay for my ticket in the app just as I entered the bus. It was important that I not waste any of my 90 minute paid-up transit window standing around on the bus stop. That's what l call looking after your guests. Breakfast was plentiful and leisurely in pleasant rooms. "
