"The Hilton Gateshead is the hotel that me and my wife got married in back on 2nd June 2012 so its slways a place we come to stay around our anniversary. My only disappointment this time was that we booked an executive room (all located on the 5th floor) but the whole 5th floor was getting refurbished including the executive lounge (which is what we also psid for) Still the room we had on the 4th floor was very good and the free breakfast was excellent."

"As always, a great hotel with big extremely clean rooms, a fantastic bar area and excellent staff. It’s my favourite hotel in Newcastle/Gateshead. One morning, I had to ask the cleaning ladies to keep their voices down as they were talking very loudly. However, they were very polite, apologised, and made a real effort to be quiet while cleaning the rooms next to mine. Thank you! "
