Beautiful stone fireplace along with exquisite furniture accompany the living room with Balcony .Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Keurig Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, Dishes, Pots and Pans are included . Unit is on 5th floor next to Elevator. Gorgeous Views of Downtown and Mountains, not to mention the Space Needle that is beautifully lit at night. Elevator and stair accessible. Outdoor community Pool/Hot Tub available during permitting seasons. No pets allowed except service animals. Unit is across the street from Ober Gatlinburg. We have a Tower Elevator that will take you down 55’ into the Quality Inn Parking Garage where you have access to wonderful Restaurants and Shopping. Within walking distance to all of Downtown Gatlinburg.Very close proximity to Convention Center, Wax Museum, Cade's Cove, Chair Lift and many other family-friendly attractions, Culligan Filtration Water System. The condo was exceptional! Just as advertised. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Flawless check in/out process and easy communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again.
Summit Manor Condos are the perfect location for walking the Gatlinburg Parkway strip. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Host had great communication. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the elevator. The walk up and down the drive to the Parkway is steep. We have stayed there before and knew of this so it was not an issue for us-good exercise! Would stay there again.
Easy to get down to everything in Gatlinburg when the rear elevator to the street level is working. 3 of our 4 people have mobility issues and this time the elevator was not working. This is the first time in 10-12 years of staying in these condos that this has happened but it made quite a difference walking up and down to the street. Condo is nice although its time to start replacing the couches as they are showing wear. Beds were good and overall its a nice stay.
The location of the property was so convenient to the convention center and downtown Gatlinburg. Just a few minute walk. The place was well kept and just as advertised. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
