hotel was great for the location. in walking distance to the strip and other businesses on the East Parkway side of everything. i did see a giant roach on the ceiling of the room that did freak me out, but all things considered, this hotel is great for the location, but i would maybe consider staying elsewhere or in Pigeon Forge if roaches are a concern to you and your family.

Loved the location its within walking distance to gatlinburg Main Street, the balcony with view to the creek was beautiful. Room was very clean but needs some renovations. Overall would come back but wouldn’t recommend needs to be renovated.

The balcony with the view of the creek was the selling point for us. I spent so much time sitting out there listening to the creek and enjoying the fresh air. I also appreciated the freezer in the mini fridge. It was easy to walk to the main Gatlinburg strip and attractions.

Very basic hotel but the rooms were clean, the balcony and creek view was perfect! We slept with the door open the first night and just listened to nature. Nice size rooms. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again
