Bearfoot Getaway is a brand-new, 4-bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg’s Chalet Village Resort. With 3 spacious levels, a game room, private hot tub, and seasonal access to 3 outdoor pools, it’s ideal for families and groups. Just 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg and minutes from Ober Mountain, Dollywood, and the Smoky Mountains National Park.
The Space:
- Main Level (Entry): Open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with Smart TV + fireplace, half bath, washer/dryer, balcony seating.
- Upper Level: King suite + double-queen suite, both with private bathrooms, Smart TVs, and balcony access.
- Lower Level: Game room with pool table and Smart TV, king bedroom, bunk room (twin-over-full + twin-over-twin), full bath, and hot tub patio.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the home, hot tub, and Chalet Village amenities. Entry is via a secure smart lock with unique guest codes.
The Neighborhood:
Chalet Village offers mountain views and peaceful surroundings while being minutes from downtown. Guests enjoy access to resort pools, tennis, and pickleball, with easy drives to Dollywood, Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Pigeon Forge attractions.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. However, if you prefer to let someone else do the driving, several transportation options are available:

>Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley: Affordable fares ranging from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation to verify your identity and payment details. Your reservation isn’t fully confirmed until this step is complete. Once finished, you’ll gain access to all stay details — including property information, local recommendations, a helpful Smoky Mountain coupon guide, and your door code (available 24 hours before check-in).

Maximum 13 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

Flat parking for 4 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Guest Requirements & Security:
Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.
Refunds:
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
