Cushy and Lazy Studio Condo for 2 with Views, Pools & Wifi

Do you like laying around on a cushy leather couch with a hot chocolate? Or do you enjoy sitting on a relaxing couch with that book you love? If so, this space is for you! There are gorgeous views right from the deck and from the built-in bed. This is a perfect getaway for two on Ski Mountain, as you'll have nooks to relax and not think of your routine at home. A fully stocked kitchen is available.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 1st of 3 floors. The space features one queen bed.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Please take a look at all our listings here and in the area. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

Cute couples stay

Location was high in the mountains with a nice view. Very cozy feel for a couples getaway. Property manager was very responsive to any question. Overall great experience.

11 nights at Gatlinburg Summit Condo

We knew the condo would be small, but it was smaller than expected. The floors were very unlevel. There was mold in the shower and the shower curtain was stained. The leather couch was very, very dirty in the cracks of the cushions. We uded a blanket before we sat on it. The online add showed a recliner which was not there. I have a bad back and needed the recliner to sleep. The floor rugs were very stained. The add showed hand soap, so i didn't bring any, but there was none. The BBQ grills were very, very dirty. We did not use them. The add also said Mountain Views, there was a slight view of Gatlinburg at night. Just alot of stuff wrong that began to add up.

Loved the property

The drive up and down can be a bit scarey at times but we’ll worth it once you are there. Beautiful views, awesome amenities. The condo is small but beautiful and all we needed. Bed super comfy. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Owners were super great and communication with them was awesome. Bear all over up there. Just wonderful. Will stay here again.

The room itself was very nice. Unfortunately we could only stay one night due to an emergency at home. The road leading to the property is very narrow and needs work.

Honeymoon stay
