Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. Condo is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is included.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. Please bring your own pool towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in anytime after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

4th of July Getaway

Condo was very cozy, very clean and the AC worked great! We loved the location we were in, so close to everywhere we wanted to go, only time we had to drive was when we wanted to go into Pigeon Forge to a couple of places which was the only time we left Gatlinburg. Overall was a great place and would definitely stay there again!

Check-in details were provided well in advance. The condo was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and very clean. Additionally, the television picture was extremely clear. These were all pleasant surprises to help us relax after walking all day in downtown Gatlinburg! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo!

Great location, very clean, modern cabin style

Our stay was lovely and peaceful. The room was clean and perfect for me & my husband. Tthe river view from the front door and mountain view from the balcony were unbeatable. You can’t beat the location which was in close proximity to the strip, & within short walking distance to iconic restaurants like the Peddler. Didn’t get a chance to use either the indoor or outdoor pool, but both also looked well-maintained. We hope to return for a stay again soon.

The cabin interior was very nicely done. The location is perfect, one block from the Parkway. Anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg is walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this condo and how we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. Everything was nicely decorated and felt so cozy. Sad we had to leave but will definitely be back to stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in Gatlinburg at the Gaither Family Fest. Condo is very nice- clean, cozy, and comfortable bed. Location is great! We will stay here again!

Excellent condo

The condo was very clean and nice and everything was new looking. The bed was super comfy and soft and felt like heaven after all the walking on the strip! Fireplace was nice and warm after walking in the cold and it was so easy to check in and out as well. Looking forward to renting this condo again !

Great Location

Property was very clean and very cute. Only downfall was that the fireplace didn’t work. We could hear everything going on outside from the bedroom. Overall excellent and would stay again due to location proximity to everything and cleanliness.
